I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to Louisiana and Texas residents. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family/friends, and spending time with myself. I love traveling and discovering new things. I am dedicated to self-care and practice it often so that I can be fully present with my family and friends. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern University A&M and a Master of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2015 and have worked with many populations. I will use my skills to assist you with identifying goals and then developing a realistic plan, based on your strengths, to reach your goals and then maintain them.

My Vision
The vision of Family Oasis was birthed from my personal journey. My husband and I met in 2004 and have accomplished many milestones as a couple, including parenting four children. Like many others, we have also been faced with many challenges. Yet, we endured! It was through our own experience with a wonderful therapist, that we were able to improve our marriage and move from a place of hopelessness to a place of building our legacy and enjoying each other while doing so. Although this will not be everyone’s goal or outcome, my mission is to assist those seeking assistance by working with them to identify their own goals while removing barriers so that the family unit can thrive.
